Arrive alive guarantee

It is our Guarantee that your live shipment will arrive from Fishin' Times alive and healthy.

Terms and conditions:

You must contact Fishin' Times via E-mail only within 2 hours of the delivery time as noted in tracking.

Please do not discard deceased product without direct authorization or you will void the guarantee.
No purchase may be shipped back to Fishin' Times without a RMA. Doing so will void your Guarantee.
All persons must provide proof of deceased within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Fishin' Times may require a digital photograph of the deceased as proof
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order and there will be a 20% restocking fee if canceled.
Fishin' Times may require you to mail us a sample of your water.
Water must be as follows:

Specific gravity – 1.024-1.026

Ammonia – 0.0 ppm

Nitrite – 0.0 ppm

Nitrate – 0.0-30 ppm

PH – 7.9-8.4
