We ship using only the most reliable live transport methods. All live goods are shipped overnight only to provide the least amount of shock possible. 

Aquatic shipments are shipped double bagged and in 100% oxygen.  They are then packed in Styrofoam and Styro fill with hot or cold pack.

• All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
• You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order on arrival.
• You must be available to receive your shipment of live goods at the time of delivery.
• Delays due to carrier handling are not the responsibility of Fishin' Times and are not covered under our live guarantee.
• If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice no refunds will be given.
• We will ship direct to your door only.Shipping to any holding facility will void our live guarantee.
